Refund policy

At EmbraceLab, your comfort is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

 • The item must be unused

• It must be in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn orthopedic insoles, socks, or personal-use items unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

 We will offer:

• A replacement, or

 • A full refund

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

 Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
